How to hang flag on top of a PUT?

Without installing an actual flag pole holder (DH refuses to drill holes) how would you suggest I hang a big flag on the top of my PUT?

what I have done in the past is install your flag pole up along the side of your roof support. I just wrapped a bungee cord around on the top and bottom of the support and it held fine in normal conditions. See Ya in 4 wake-ups

WHAT!  You mean they had something that would have been useful to me under that tent and I missed it!?!

If you really want to make a statement, do a Google search for "telescopic flag poles" and take a look at some of the options available. I have one of the fiberglass ones that goes into the 'under tire' holder. The pole is about 20ft high and is one of the first things up and last things down when we camp. The 'under tire' holder goes under the tongue jack as none of the tires on the trailer are accessible. Holds just fine even in a stiff breeze. I rigged up a spotlight to a dusk-to-dawn sensor so Old Glory flies round the clock.

I've always liked these, you just roll the tire of the PUP, TT, or RV over it and it is held in place.  No mounting, no drilling, no fuss.
