Carolina Beach Family Campground

Heading off tomorrow for last trip of the year to Carolina Beach.I was planning to stay at Carolina Beach State Park($15 per night).While surfing the net for campgrounds in the area I came across Carolina Beach Family Campground($19 per night with water and electricity).Anyone have any info on this campground?
