I can hardly wait for this camp-out. Doheny was great.....right on top of my list of "All Time Greats"........maybe that has something to do with the fact that 3 of our 5 kids were there, 3 of our grandkids and my Bro' as well!!!!!

It could have been a little warmer so that we would have felt better about getting the kayak wet. We'll bring it to Mugu too and if we don't launch it, don't feel shy about asking to use it. I hate seeing it just sit there on dry land. That's not what it is made for.

I can hardly wait to see Viking & family. I haven't seen Brian & Kristi since the Halloween camp-out......we miss you guys.....

Your first post notes that this is a self-serve rally, which means no wagonmaster. The first post also notes that if someone needs to cancel, they should pm you and whoever is first on the waiting list, but since we know the site is GLMS Girl's, I suggested first on the waiting list PM her so that she doesn't cancel the site by accident.

1. You're responsible for your site--both getting and cancelling it. If someone says they'll call and get you a site, that's between you and them. The person merely updating the first post as to who is going to be there is not the wagonmaster...hence the "self-service" distinction.
 
2. If you find you aren't going to be able to camp (that life thing getting in the way again), post on the boards and there may be someone who will take your site off your hands and you won't lose your site or reservation fees. How you work out who gets your site is up to you, and you may want to make it clear in your post, i.e., first to pm, first to send money, etc. Again, how you arrange for payment is up to you."

well it's a self serve rally but I'm actually wagonmastering..no choice with reserve america...notice there is NO "official"waiting list. but there have been a couple of posts to that fact..  there are things in the works right now...so where is my pm??? sooo prrrrrrft :p
