What operating system do you have? (Windows XP - Vista - Mac - etc).

Are you trying to save it to the hard-drive on your computer or somewhere else?

When it asks you if you want to "Save" the file and you click on "Save" a window should open with a drop down box on top that says, "Save In".

Click on the drop down arrow in the "Save In" box. A list of your files should drop down and you can select which file to save your download to.

If you have your "Picture" file on your desk top, just click "Desk Top" and all of the files on your desk top will drop down. Select the one you want.

When it ask to save i have to make a name for it then it put in the pic file then i go to the pic file and they are not there they are in the download file??  i don't know the what the problem is ?? on windows you have pic file or download file some how they are going in to the download file. i can open the pic in the pic gallery with no problem when i want upload it to web shot it comes up no file found .

I would hope that when you give it a name to save to, you also check the directory it is saving to.

I suggest you change the directory to desktop and save it to the desktop for easy viewing and confirming.

One needs to determine not only a files name but its location.
Accepting an unknown default keeps you in the dark. Force or take note of the location vista puts your file.
