Yes,Fishing Bridge CG,"only allows hard-sided campers",because of the bears..but there are many others esp.USFS CG's that do allow pups.Jenny Lake Campgrounds at the south entrance,north of Jackson Hole,there are full service sites,and the forest service have many nice sites at Jenny Lake.We dry camped at USFS Jenny Lake,with no problem (bears).
 
They do come into the area,esp in afternoon and night.You do have to take precautions,and bear proff your camper,they also provide "bear proff containers"at your site for food storage.
 
This is a very convient area for both Yellowstone and The Tetons.I took my grandkids last year and we never had a problem.YES,DID SEE LOTS OF GRIZZLYS and MOOSE.......
