Who is planning to go to the RV Show this year ???  DH and I are planning to go, don't know which day yet, Saturday or Sunday.  Will we have company, or will we be alone....alllll alone.

Which RV show?  The one in October?  Or is there another one this spring that's a secret?

If you are referring to the Pomona RV show, we stayed at the San Dimas camp ground and thought we would host a camp out there at the next Pomona RV show. Hopefully you will camp with us and we can all go together on Saturday.

If you camp there I'm only about 20 minutes from the CG.  I'd probably come over for the pot-luck and go to the RV show.  It's hard for me to think of all that work for a 20 min. trip.  But I always go to the RV show.  :)

We haven't been to the RV show for a couple years.  It would be nice to go this year if we don't have Cub Scout/Brownie stuff going on.

When is this RV Show?  More details please.

There WAS a "RV and travel show" scheduled in two weeks, however it looks like it has been rescheduled/cancelled....I guess this thread is dead.

Brad are you going to do back to back weekends RV show 16-25th of Oct.  Calico weekend of the 23-25th    Halloween camp-out the first week-end of Oct.  That's a lot of camping in one mo. for you two??

Something tells me that he RV show won't be much this year. These guys are sitting on billions of dollars worth of inventory and I don't see where anyone is really dealing to get rid of the stuff.

I, for one, refuse to pay to go to these things. If I'm going to go shopping, I don't expect to be charged for the privilege of buying their products. The concept seems nuts to me.....I also expect free parking. $9 to park your car to go see them display their products for sale is simply nuts, IMHO.

This isn't an amusement park........these people are selling stuff. If they can't make enough $ selling their merchandise to pay for the venue then they shouldn't be doing it. Just my 2 cents.

Keep in mind the cost are for the utilities and the people that run the place and someone has to pay the rent  :yikes:  nothing is for free. I like going because you can see a lot of different models in one place and more importantly is you don't have the hard sell like at the dealers lot.
