Hi Carol,

I just renewed our trailer and truck as well.

Trailer = $269.
Truck = $247. But our truck is an '02, so it's had a few years to work its way down. Still, these fees are incredible when you compare them to a lot of other states. And the way things are going we can expect more fees coming down the pike from our wonderful leaders in SacTown.

Some of my co-workers came in today wearing tea bags ;)

OC Campers

We got lucky and our truck tags were paid in March so they were only $249 but now I am worried about the trailer.  It is due the end of June.  Will be getting the bill soon.  That was another good thing about the popup.  The PTI tags were only $25 for 5 years (IIRC).

I'm just waiting to pay the registration fees for a 2003 Expedition and a 2007 VW EOS. The state should be more creative in trying to get more revenue to eliminate the budget crisis. Let's see --------- let's legalize pot and have the state sell and tax it. The same could be said for other vices. And let's make sure that some of the money goes to our schools and teachers. Ok I'm off my soap box and I'm glad I got that off my chest. I feel better now.

Not to mention lack of jobs....... I have a friend who moved the family to Oregon and now has to leave the family for months at a time to come back to Los Angeles to get work!  So the way I look at, no matter where you go you trade one for another ;)
