I just tried a little test of a 35K file (limit is 40k). The file attached fine but nothing showed up. I suspect it's a problem on the board at the moment.

Do you have the file hosted on another site where you could link to it, rather than attach it? Those pics show up much larger and nicer.

Run over to //www.photobucket.com and open an account.  Upload your photos to your album there.  You can upload just one, or use their "bulk uploader" to do multiple photos at one time.  Once they are uploaded, they will appear as thumbnails.  Below the thumbnails (when you hover your cursor on the thumbnail) you'll find a list of addresses.  The last address given is an "  address that you copy and paste into your message here.  Then you'll have nice big photos to show us.

I'm not sure but that looks like it may be an ABS top. ABS can be repaired chemically with ABS Cement.

I have heard of people buying ABS plumbing pipe and grind or cutting it with a hacksaw to get some granulated ABS plastic. Mix that with ABS plumbing cement and quickly apply it. I would think that you would have to work pretty fast and do small sections at a time. That stuff sets-up pretty quickly. Actually.....it doesn't "Set-up" like most glues. It causes a chemical reaction that actually melts the ABS that it is applied to and the mixture of the granules at the same time. In theory, this should "Weld" it all together and the granules should act as a filler. It could all be sanded smooth after it hardens.

It could also be welded with a plastic welder like one of these:

Here's a website that discusses ABS repair:

First.......be sure what the top is made of.......if it's not ABS.....we'll start all over again  :sombraro: .

BTW....................
WELCOME TO PUT!!!!!!

I'm sure, it is one of the Coleman/Fleetwood ABS Roofs

Are you the original owner?

If so, for the 1996 model year only they had a true lifetime warranty.

No, I just bought this.  Does the warranty only apply to the original owner?

I'm wonder with all the change of ownership of Coleman if the warranty will be honored?
For a quick fix you might want to consider eterna-bond. Since the crack is under the awning the tape wouldn't show as much.
