Hi all.

   Our walk for "Relay for Life" this morning is now done! Thank all of you for your support. Kristi & Brian, we got your check today. Thank you again. I took a few pictures and if they came out ok I will post them later.

  We wrote the names that you all gave to us on a green shirt for me and a white shirt for Theresa. I am so proud of Theresa for taking part and getting up very early to walk the six miles. We made the walk in an hour and 45 minutes! Only stopping briefly to help one of the walkers who became fatigued after two miles. And of course for all the stoplights at the cross walks. It seemed that we hit just about every one of them. We were in the middle of the group. There were 20 folks who came out from the 3 stores. When we reached the Sam's club they brought us into the store and gave a round of applause. They also provided water, muffins and fruit. I am going to wear my shirt all day today! In memory of all our loved ones!
