Hi, it's been awhile since I've been here :) I upgraded from a '79 viking to a 80's Bonair 1050 which is in much better shape and even has a working furnace :D
I was wondering if it's possible to lower the suspension on the trailer?
I want to see about lowering it so it is easier to tow, to reduce air drag.
thoughts?
Thanks

Would making a camper lower reduce it's coefficient of friction through the air, or make it easier to tow?

I am not familiar with the Bonair 1050.  Is that a pop-up or a TT?  Either way, it is unlikely that lowering the camper even several inches is going to make a substantial difference in it's towing characteristics or wind resistance.  Probably not worth the effort.

Post some pics of your new camper!
