cornish chicken?

hey all,   has anyone ever cooked one of them cornish hens while camping?  I cooked one today at the house just to try it and didn't think it was that bad.  just wondering if anyone does and if theres any good recipies to go along with it.  thanks all

Have only cooked them at home on the oak wood grill.  I cut them so that they are opened up and cook them whole.  If I remember I cut them along the back bone to open them.  Just baste with what ever you like as they cook, just like normal chicken and enjoy.
