Quote from: wavery;207007If you look at the bottom pic in post #2, you will notice a black 20"x24" "tub" (available at HomeDepot). That's what we used to collect about 95% of the grey water from our showers. We then disposed of that properly. The other 5% splashed onto the waterproof bottom of the tent and evaporated rather quickly.

I must be blind, didn't see that!!

That's an excellent way to go then. All you'd need is a big funnel to get the water from the pan and into the bucket.

Thanks for the tip.

I have had a solar shower enclosure for years.  It is made of vinyl, so it will not hurt the camper.  I hang it from the roof rack, which places it next to my outside shower.  If I am in an area where I need to collect the water, I put the bottom of the shower enclosure inside a Rubbermaid tote.  You can put a regular bathmat on the ground or wear shower shoes to keep your feet clean.  Here is a link to the shower enclosure I have

Before we had a camper with hot water I would put the solar shower on the roof of the camper.

There are pictures of it hanging at the camper on my webshots site.
