Hi Lois,

That's great. Do you guys have a handheld GPS unit? Having one isn't required, just helpful. we'll have plenty in the group. Dave and Lori used the GPS application on their phones at Lake Casitas IIRC.

Also, in case you are not familiar with this activity, I suggest you visit www.geocaching.com for more info including an explanation of what it's all about.

We do not have a hand held GPS, but it just sounds like something fun to do.  I did look at the website so count us in.

Does anyone know how far is this away from Legoland?

I just did a Google Maps "Get Directions" from Santee lakes Rec Area to Legoland. Legoland is near Carlsbad. According to google, it's about 35 miles and would probably take about 45 mins. due to traffic.

Well darn it all we'll be coming in on Thur the 22nd after all there is a group camping at the CG and wouldn't ya know it they happen to be in most of our sites.......Oh well that's how it works sometimes....Guess I better get my thinking cap on and try to figure out what I'm doing for the pot lucks.....OK...OK   :book:

Hello, I changed the tour for the museum to 10:30 and we will join you all for breakfast. I will bring a fruit something. For Dinner we will bring Chinese Chicken Salad.
