Okay, I'm not following all of the gyrations on this thread.  You now start calling at midnight?  Oh my ...  

And I looked at a calendar and Nov. 1 is on a Sunday, so I suppose I can set an alarm and get myself out of bed to make a reservation.

Please put me down for 294.

Thanks for the save.  I am so super slammed, swamped and crazed right now!  I totally dropped the ball and forgot it was 5 mo. out for reservations - not 6.  And...their prices have increased -it used to be $35 per night.  Bummer - but it's full hooks and really clean.

I hate staying up to midnight too and really it's not that necessary when just camping with the family BUT - for our group size, it'll be worth it to make sure we're all close together.  Plus, it's the night of Halloween so all of the kids and us can use the sugar high to stay awake!:p

Okay - back to work I go.  Will miss you all this weekend - have a GREAT GREAT time ( I know you will!!!!)

in messing around with the online reservation feature I discovered many of our sites were designated "long Term"

I called Santee Lakes and Melissa suggested we try for Willow Loop sites 115-135

instead of everyone reposting I assigned sites...hopefully everyone will be ok with the sites I picked

137 & 138 are designated long term which means you have to go thru the office and not online to see if available

these sites actually have more room they are just more dirt instead of the grass area
