Quote from: wavery;214504Malena......we've got to get you into DO cooking. Same as the crockpot, only better. No electric needed, just about 25-30 pieces of charcoal. It's the best.

Malena, the standard DO would be a 12" Lodge brand that most Wal Mart Stores carry. I've also seen them at Sport Chalet stores. You want to get the pre-seasoned DO. Get a bag of Kingsford charcoal and your all set. ;)

Is it Friday yet?? I have about 200 things to get done before we camp I'm not sure if I can make it!:yikes: Sometimes I wonder why I was crazy enough to sign up for the PTA. It is like a full time job without any pay! Chug, chug, chug...on I go. I think I can, I think I can. :p

First I have to get the pop up stuff down, then I'll move on to DO cooking.  It does sound like a good idea for when we're dry camping.  Once I'm ready, I'll let you know...you can be my guinea pig:p

I'll be happy to check it out. Probably just a blown fuse. Have Jim check the wire coming from the jack to the battery, It probably has a 30A, in-line fuse.

I'll try to remember to pick up a 30A circuit breaker today and bring it with me. They work much better than a fuse because they will disconnect the circuit for a few minutes, then automatically reconnect. That way, you don't have to carry fuses with you. If it blows mare than once, you know that there is a problem somewhere that needs to be fixed.

I found an unopened bottle of Champagne in the trailer refrigerator some one left behind on New Years..I'll bring that to brunch on sunday
