My old Bethany dosent have an oven...so I use a Coleman Foldable Oven I bought at Bass Pro about 30 years ago....(they still sell em)  and use it on
the Coleman White Gas Stove...the little 2 burner LP stove in the PuP wont get it up to baking temp.    Brownie mix in a foil bag...follow directions..9" pan and your in business.    Cookies would be the same.

I have been sucessful baking cookies on an RVque.  Usually just pre-heat, use aluminum foil sprayed with cooking spray, and set on medium heat.  A digital thermometer inserted into the cooking area from the side vent helps maintain the right temperature.  You will have to watch and adjust the flame by wind and ambiant air temperature.  (The newer Camco stainless steel grill with the built-in thermometer may be on my wishlist soon, as after 5 years the burner on my RVque has burnt out.)

I have made cookies and small cakes and muffins with that Coleman folding oven that sits on top of the cook stove for many years and they all turn out great....Get one Gracy you'll love it...
