It is really difficult for us to plan for these things sometimes.  I have to plan my vacations a year in advance and I usually do so in March or April because that is when I get my vacation leave information and new allotment for the next year.  I want to do this but I don't know if I will get to have the days off or not at this point.

Sorry it does look like fun but this summer is starting to fill up so you'll have to have all the fun without us and take lots of pictures so we can see what we missed.....

Did you reserve a spot just for yourselves or did you get more than just one?  If you have more than the one put us down as interested.
I will have to try to work this out with my supervisor if I am serious about being here.
