The frightening thing is, would it surprise anyone if she actually had recipes for these two items??!?!!

BTW, Malena, what wine would you serve with the soup??

I've had rattlesnake and it's delicious. Road kill never unless it was a cow, goat, or pig.

I've had it too. Tastes like chicken. But there was no chocoloate and chilis on it.

This begs the question:  If there were no chickens, what would everything else "taste like"??

Nahh...I don't need recipes.  My general rule of thumb is whenever something tastes less than edible, just pour a bunch of chocolate on it, or smother it in Mexican spices...or both :p

As far as a wine pairing...for the rattlesnake I'll go with a nicely chilled chardonnay by Kenwood.  For the road kill a full bodied cabernet - probably by J. Lohr - followed by a chaser of Patron tequila with lime (to take care of any road kill germs). :J:J

I've never seen a road kill cow...isn't that just basically beef jerky? I'll go to 7-11 for that one...:D

I guess I should have known you'd already have wines picked out.
