Well it turns out I have the most Internet usage in the company. So, if I don t seem to be around as much, I m just trying to cut down the number of hits.

I wish there was a way to see new post without having to refresh the page. That is what adds up.

bikoleeNot sure if this will help you or get you in more trouble!
If you are using IE, go to internet options. Under General,Temporary internet files.
Change the setting to every visit to page. That will compare it to the cached page and update it automatically without refreshing.

You can do the same in Netscape only the settint is under Advanced,Cache

bikoleeWell, as a Director for a Hospital in Upstate NY, I have to admit that I have terminated staff members for excessive internet useage. Our policy is signed off on by each new staff member, and they always think they won t get caught, not me...[:o]

bikoleeI have to go to work to relax. when i am there i am always on the internet. Unless i really have to get of my but and do something. No one s there to see what i am doing anyway. If they get cold or hot up in the hospital .Believe me i will get a call .It s a nasty job but someone has to do it.

bikoleeI never use the internet at work.  So I don t have to worry about it.  They did fire some people at another location for sending inappropriate emails to other staff.
