Shady Maple Breakfast trip

Paul/Shebantam had suggested a breakfast get together at Shady Maple buffett in East Earl, PA.  Is anyone interested in attending on an up coming Saturday morning?  I was thinking about Presidents Day weekend, February 13th.

Great idea but unfortunately we have plans that day.  Tyler has Scouting college.  Maybe the next time.

Hi Tracy!

I'm trying to get Mark to camp this weekend.  Both he and the kids are off Friday and we need to get in a February date.  We were one of the crazy MAC campers for New Years at Elk Neck, so we've got our January camping in.  If we do, we'd be at French Creek, so Shady Maple is definitely doable.  I'll keep you posted.

I must have been away for a while.  When did the 2010 Jayco Ex-Port 17Z happen?  Where are the pictures?  Have you started on the mods yet?

I am planning on camping at French Creek for this trip.  I did not make my reservation yet, but I will in the next few days.  Any ides what site you will reserve?  I am waiting for a long range weather forcast.  You haven't been away too long.  January 30th is when I got the new camper.  No pictures posted yet, hopefully this weekend.  Yes the mods are well underway.  Toilet riser (for my bad knees), outside shower, fantastic fan in bathroom, max air vent cover, DSI water heater, I am waiting for shower wall (to cover the vinyl wall paper in the shower, front stabilizing jacks, and I can't think of any others yet.  There are more in the planning stages that will come to life this weekend.

Way to go Tracy!!! Aren't new toys fun. Your new one reminds me of the Roo we had. Can't wait to see all the mods you make. Have fun and hopefully we'll hook up some time soon.

I want to thank everyone for the congratulations.  It was a very hard decision to make, and I have been working on it since March 2009.  This trailer had most of what I wanted in a new trailer.  Sorry that many of you will be missing out on breakfast.  I will try and eat some for you.    Bruce you could come and camp at French Creek.  It is a 3 hour trip for me to go to Shady Maple, but only half an hour from the campground.

Hey we finally got our camper back from repair.  They had it from Aug 09 to about the last week in December!  I got free winterization but still that was a long time.

I think service everywhere has gotton worse and worse.

WOW what was wrong with it that they had it for almost 1/2 a YEAR??  That is nuts that you missed so much possible camping time...
