2007 fleetwood arcadia shower faucet acess

How do I access the shower faucet to replace the connections where the water supply comes in?  Obviously did not winterize good enough and they are cracked and leaking but I cannot figure out how to acess to make the connection.  I tried to acess from the inside of the shower but could not.
