I've read, either here or over at PUX, about somebody doing that. Now that this board has been moved over there, you might check out the thread that Dno posted about the move, and post your question there. I'm sure you'll get plenty of responses from those that have done it. Unfortunately, not all the posts from this board (PUT) have made it over there.

I extended mine with an 1/2" nipple and an extra shower spray hose.
