pcasey250I think the Tenttrax look good, but they do make some interesting statements:

" It s unsurpassed quality make it built to last a lifetime; a big step up from the conventional pop-up trailer"

A big step up from a conventional pop-up trailer????? REALLY?  In what way, I think this is a little arrogant and maybe missing the point that the majority (like most of us) are looking for a family camper, not a tag-along to the outerbounds of the wilderness camper

" Tentrax trailers are manufactured to match your vehicle; everything from a Jeep Wrangler to a PT Cruiser or any of today s SUVs - " rubbernecking"  is guaranteed! "

That s cool.  It really looks good with the Jeep Wheels, Jeep color, and Jeep style.

" Both models of Tentrax can be purchased without any options and then added to at a later date. Tentrax can be purchased as a " cargo trailer"  without the tent and bed. There are two options that should be installed at construction: " Color Matched Paint"  and the " Off Road Package" , as these would require excessive labor to change after assembly."

It would be nice if Coleman, Jayco, Forest River, Starcraft, etc.... offered Color Matched Paint, the other options in a traditional pop-up are ok as is in my opinion.

pcasey250Anyone else go through the estimator? That $2995 base price ended up over $7000 and you d still have a 6 foot trailer and that was without matching wheels.

pcasey250No I never went through the math but I am not surprised.

pcasey250I m glad I checked out that website.  Couldn t resist showing it to DW.  Whatever misgivings she had about our Coleman Utah are long gone!  Can t believe the price they are asking for those pregnant roller skates[: (]

pcasey250Pretty cool, perfect for the real off road enthusiasts.

One thing I didn t like on the website is in the gallery they have a bunch of photos and the second to last one shows a toddler un-attended by the fire. Not cool
