Shortly after I got to Maine, I received a phone call from a campground in Sturbridge Mass on Saturday with a Job offer. Since I didn't get any kind of an offer in Maine that was worth pursuing, I accepted the offer, and told them I'd be checking in on the following Saturday. Made arrangements with TT Moody Beach where I was staying to shorted my visit by 10 days. I also canceled a couple of following reservations, leaving many others covering the summer & fall until I got to the new job and make sure I was happy with it.

So I got to Pine Lake RV Resort yesterday, and I started work at 8am this morning. Basically, the same thing I was doing at the other campgrounds, so I'm sure I'll fit in nicely. Feet hurt a little after not working since last October, but nothing I can't live with. I actually stayed at this place about 20 years ago when I came up from Virginia with my youngest brother for a Funeral, it was a Yogi Bear campground then. The people that bought the park completely rebuilt the place 2 years ago, it's basically a brand spanking new campground!

Fantastic site too, I had some choices, and when they showed me site 819 my eye's popped open. There is a big hill in the middle of the campground, and I had asked to be on top of that hill somewhere because I get a better cell signal up there. This site was up at the peak of the hill, with no neighbor's on either side of me, only one park model across from me (and it's housing another maintenance person), I even have a separate parking space for the truck. From my window I get a commanding view of the lower sections of the park, and from the end of my driveway on the other side I can look down to the pool area.

The park manager is already impressed by the fact I know how to check the chemicals in the pool, how to vacuum it essentially have pretty good knowledge of Pool upkeep. The main reason he hired me was because of all the campground maintenance experience I've accumulated over the past few years.

So this is home to me, the dog and my old camper & truck until October 31st.

Cliff, I'd go to the doc and get that checked out.  Laryngitis lasting two weeks could be serious.  Our former weather guy on the local TV station came down with laryngitis once that lasted 6 weeks.  He was off work for several months, then doing only background and production stuff (no on-air talking) for several more months.  He thought it was the side effects of a virus.

Used to be able to block ISP, if it's from Russia I wouldn't hesitate to block the entire ISP.

OK, it was weird that every message had a moderator report. Maybe because they were all from the same member? And that's one thing I don't have the power to do, is delete a member.
Do you see any more?
Sorry for letting those go. Not being on my PC every day and I let my job go south.

OK, think I got them all gone.
Dean and I are the only moderators, and I haven't seen Dean on here in a long time.
One thing, please don't click every one to send to the moderator. It makes for double work, once to delete the bad message, and then once for every moderator report.

I saw that a few days back, and I used to be a Senior Moderator, but I don't have access to the moderator controls these days. The best I was able to do was click the "report to moderator" and hope that it actually went to somebody?!?!

Yea, I been trying to knock them down. Now I'm at camp and no PC to work with. Cannot read this forum on a phone.
