Our Maiden Voyage.....

Ok, this weekend (Friday) was my birthday and all I wanted was to go camping in our PUP that we have been working on.  So, we worked and worked and worked some more to get it ready to go.  We got most of it done.  ALL of the major stuff is done, just nit picky things, mostly cosmetic, are left to do.  We were working on it untill after 11 pm on Wednesday night so I could leave on Thursday.  DH wasn't able to get time off from work so it would just be me, the kids and my mother until Saturday afternoon.  We pulled out around lunchtime Thursday.  We had a blast!  I learned alot more about my PUP this weekend.  This week we will work on it a little more to get more things done and will head out again next weekend just for an overnighter to get out of the house again.  I have posted a blog and pictures on my webstie.

Great pics! Thanks for posting. After just spending the weekend in the hot sun at a baseball tourny, I can really appreciate the picture where all the kids are huddled in the shade under the bunk end.  :sombraro:
