I purchased this shower caddy (with a 20% off coupon[:D]) & hope to modify it to fit next to the shower on top of the " box"  that houses the plumbing to our shower fixtures.

Has anyone else with an OEM shower tried this?  Should I worry about too much tension being forced between the plumbing " box"  & the ceiling?  I want to leave outside the shower as I will be hanging our toilet paper on this as well...don t need to get the t.p. " pre-moistened" [;)]

 Peace be with you all.

DanusmomI put the TP on the strap that Velcros the " lid"  to the shower area to the ceiling.  It will hold 2 rolls.

DanusmomTracy, that sounds like a very workable solution for someone taller than myself.  I have a tough time reaching the paper towel on the holder of the vanity above the sink.  Using this caddy would keep items dry, keep the toilet area cleared off, & keep all items within arm s reach --my arms, at least.

 Peace be with you all.

Gamecock Camper

DanusmomI can t tell you how strong the plumbing box is that you are talking about..... .but I can tell you that I use a tension/spring loaded pole in my camper between the camper roof and the counter.  I ve been doing this for quite some time and have had no problems at all.  We use the " toilet topper"  shelves and set it up above the counter to organize our stuff when camping.  It comes apart and assembles easily....  I ll have to measure the height I would need for a shelf like the one you have for our shower.  It would have to go from the PU floor to the PU roof.
