Count in rapid fashion with a rhythm. 1 2 3 4...

When you get to a number that contains a "7", ie 7, 17, 27 say ZOOM
When you get to a number that is a multiple of 7, ie 7, 14, 21, say ZOOM
When you get to a number that is a double number, ie 11, 22, 33, say ZOOM

(This rule is not being used in this game but normally applies) If two ZOOMS are said in a row, ie 27 and 28 would be ZOOM and ZOOM, reverse directions

Perhaps "cheating" is too strong a word.  But if an error is made, the game starts again.  For example, if in the campfire game, if Petester says, "34" and I follow with "34----oops, ZOOM"  it's not cheating...it's just a error and when someone makes an error...everyone laughs...there are some groans...and the count goes back to ONE.  That's the game.
 
We don't need to bring this into the legal system....If someone accidentally double posts a number, we should start back to ONE.
 
So, what's the next number???
