New Pro Rac 3 Bike Rack Hitch Mount

Has anyone actually purchased this item and tried it? If so, please let me know how it worked out! We purchased a similar type bike rack but it is a PAIN to use. The bikes always hang too low. Our tow vehicle is a Chevy S-10 pickup and it is low to begin with. We have had damage to bikes before.

I don't have the hitch mounted rack, but I have the Pro Rac that attaches to the tongue of the trailer.  It is a fork mount type rack and it works well.
