Roaring River State Park - Cassville, MO

We stumbled on one of the greatest campgrounds we have stayed in this weekend on the way home from Illinois. We stayed at Roaring River State Park. This is a wonderful place to stay, it has something for everyone. One of the greatest things about the park is that they have a river full of trout that you can fish for only $7.00 per day. They don't have many full hookup sites but they do have several water and electric sites. It's a beautiful area tucked into the Ozark National Forest.
 
We have only had our popup for a couple of weeks but we are loving it. It took a few nights for us to get the hang of everything but I think we're sold. We bought this with the intention of "stepping up" to a fifth wheel later on but we may just buy a larger popup when the time comes.
