I finally found a cleaner that actually works.  It is called Reliable.  Not only did it work great on the camper, it also got the stains off my flashing on the house that I couldn't even pressure wash off.  Will warn you that you don't need a lot and if you do wash your whole camper with it your hands will be a little dried out afterwards as it is a degreaser.

I purchased it from Stones Camping world in NJ but I know that you can get it online also ( actually a little more expensive that way ).  I will get the site tonight and post it if I remember.  I am not sure if it is safe for plants but I spilled some on the grass and it is still green so I don't think it is that rough.
