After reading the posts here I am leaning towards purchasing a Webber BabyQ (Model #100). After looking at the Webber Q (Model 200) and seeing that a griddle can be purchased as an option. My questions are:
1. Is there a griddle avaliable for the Baby Q?
2. Is the griddle on the Baby Q, if avaliable, or the Q200 coated  aluminum or cast iron?
I like the idea of being able to close the lid on the grill while cooking and I assume that that can be done with either the Q200 or the Baby Q and both the Q200 and Baby Q have the cast iron grills. While I am thinking of it do those of you who use the "Q" find cleanup easy? The thing that comes to mind is the Coleman Roadmate grills that the users are lining the bottom with aluminum foil for ease of cleanup.

While you can close the lid on a Q, and you can cook that way by turning down the flame, it's really not meant to be used that way.  It is designed to be a Flame-Broil type grill.

Years ago, when the Q was still a concept and had not reached store shelves I emailed Weber's customer service asking them if I would be able to cook Beer Can Chicken on a Q.  Thier response was that a standing chicken would not fit under the biggest Q.  They suggested I use their Charcoal Kettle, Gas Genesis, or Summit series for hood-down slow cooking, baking, and smoking.
