We need a new canopy and Big 5 has a 10x10 EZ Up brand for $79.  It's only the top and legs, no side screen.  Is this a good product and a good price?

My only suggestion would be to get one with straight vertical legs.  SOme of them have legs that are not vertical but come out from an angle from the roof.  Takes up more room, and IF you have to put two together it makes it hard...

Ditto that, get the straight legged model, it also gives you more coverage. Those with the angled legs have less square footage of cover.. Look at the QuickShade brand. They cost a few more bucks but will likely last longer.

We have a QuickShade going on 9 yrs, it's been thru lots of rain storms.

2 summers ago I bought an EZ up 10x14, it got twisted beyond recognition in 1 not so severe of a storm.
Returned it in all it's twistedness for a refund.

We have an EZ Up and a Quick Shade and the Quick Shade is MUCH easier to set up. We tend to use it more and leave the EZ Up home for backyard events. The Quick Shade is still in great condition after several seasons of all weather camping.

Thanks for the input.  I think I'll pass on the EZ Up.....we want the easiest to put up and want it to last for a while.

walmart.com has the 64' Variflex Quick Shade canopy for $74.49
and a 10'x10' Quick Shade canopy (also 64' of shade) for $68.88 w/ free shipping if you do site to store...  Since we also might be in the market for a new awning, anyone know what's the difference between the 2?

The price is the only difference.
