If you're looking for a nice campground, let me recommend Foothills RV Park.  It's located at the end of Pigeon Forge (it's the first thing you see when coming to Pigeon Forge from Gatlinburg).  

Located on top of a hill, VERY CLEAN bath house with attached pool.  The campground only has 37 sites.  They are small, but you probably won't be there much anyway.  

Highly recommend.  We'll probably stay again this fall.
