luvtacampYou should also consider accessability to the fridge when popped down. In the Bayside you can access the fridge without having to pop up, but with the Niagara you have to pop up in order to stock the fridge before leaving on a trip. I m not sure about the other models.

luvtacampWe do the majority of our camping at State Parks here in Michigan, and I have to say the restrooms/showers are very nice and well maintained.  We have never had a need for a toilet or shower in the PU.  One exception to this has been in the late Fall when the CG s close down their restoom/shower facilities..... then it s a real pain.... and cold!  We ve been out twice this winter, once without a porta-potti and once with it.  Like the commercial says...... don t leave home without it!

In the summer we don t need those things, but in the winter it is nice to have the potti.  As for the Bayside in general, we love the space.  The slide out is one of the main reasons we purchased it.
