 Couldn t stand my Verizon DSL, their cell service and I HATE the land line service. 48 hours minimum to get a repair ticket answered. Ridiculous. If my husband gets a repair call before 3pm, he has to work that trouble THAT day.
 
 Verizon slit their own throats- another comapny that pays their big wigs to much $$$. They layed off some darn good workers in NY and my husband s company took in as many as they could.

 That is one thing I will give Sprint PCS credit for, when I first started with them it was a pain getting a real person on the phone, they have drastically improved that in the last 90 days. They appear to at least listen to what their customers ask for. I have had a few issues with dropped calls etc, but their tech department went out of the way to help me resolve the issue. Turns out there was some bad software somewhere in an area that I travel through, the last time through...no dropped calls![:D]
