Thanks angelsmom, I really appreciate your offer to help. It is 9:20 pm in Turkey now and everywhere is closed and there is no way to get anything done. I am just waiting till it turns to midnight and then whole thing falls apart. They already called and said that the condition is being waived and where is the signed offer .....
