PS what did your 3 computers all on at the same time do to the power? Did you try to send a fax at the same time?

tlhdocTracy, our power came on around noon today, that s 20 hours with no electricity. Since we hadn t done grocery shopping, there was no big spoilage. I m affraid I will have to cancel one more time. With the rolling black outs, I don t want to have to deal with traffic issues, there were a lot of accidents in Toronot mainly from butt heads not treating intersections as 4-way stops. I phoned Sharon earlier to let her know as well, hopefully she will have gotten the message to you as well. Take care.

OK, thanks luv. The in-laws 5 mins. from us just got their power up but sister-in-law by Sutton, hour north of Toronto is still powerless.

DH just went to the grocery store, there was not bread, water or fresh fruit.

He said there were very long lines at the gas station and beer store.

My mom just phoned, she got power about 4am this morning, it just went out! I guess the rolling black outs are starting, hope it s not down for too long.

And tomorrow morning she is going for another week of trip and is not going to cancel it for a stupid fax [:@][>:]. What is she thinking ? How are we going to sell the house !!!!!!!

tlhdocBirol you need to get a power of attorney for the sale of your home from your wife. That will eliminate all the need for those faxes and stuff. Take to the real estate agent or a lawyer and they should be able to tell you what you need. Your wife then faxes that to you and you are in business.

signed agreement is needed by Monday, and she will be gone within couple of hours. For her to send me a POA paper from Turkey is very involved, needs too many approvals and will never be here by Monday. All she had to do was to find a **** ***** fax machine to send and receive faxes of three pieces of paper. That is what we agreed on before she left for her trip.

She says that is Turkey and it is impossible to send a fax to Canada from there. A lot of people send and receive faxes from Turkey to all around the world, I lived there once ! I can t believe she is doing this ..... She had 15 days to find out how, and now off she goes on another vacation and leaves me here helpless. Oh well, such is life I guess ........ Good old Birol to the rescue once again, as if there is anything I can do [>:]

No [>:] She is on vacation ina remote part of Turkey, no such luxuries ...... I guess this is the end of it. I can t understand why she let it go like this, I don t think this is good.

If I had know this before I left work Friday, I would have asked if she could send one to the states, and then I could have forwarded up to you. We could have played relay tag and I could have waited around till all was settled. So sorry, let me know if I can still help.
