Unfit and Bad Health for '04 and Beyond

Well, talk about "good"!!  I can tell you for a fact that what's hidden in the back of NightOwl's freezer just might be some of Mr. Billy's homemade Georgia peach ice cream,mmmmmmmm, so good.  Or maybe some of his famous pizza!   I haven't any idea how she manages to stay in control with him around, he's such a bad influence where food is concerned.  But, it's soooo much fun to be with him.

Well since y'all are talking about home made ice cream you shoud try some of my fresh strawberry home made ice cream.  We have several strawberry farms on my way to and from work so when in season, I just stop at the fruit stand and purchase a case, then make a batch of ice cream or straberry shortcake, etc.  Made some for Mother's Day as a request from my DIL.  Everyone's favorite.
 
Now if you want to watch your carbs and don't want to, or have the time to make home made, then the strawberry "Carb Smart" ice cream is pretty good.  You get that nice creamy residue on you lips just like home made.
 
This is not good conversation when I'm at work, so stop it now!

Hey, I just became chairman? Who wants low cholesterol? Seems like most of the Dutch oven recipes are not low fat, but they sure taste good.
