Thanks Diane!  No hurry.  We have a couple months before we will be setting out anyway.  I do have one more question for you though, or anyone else with the coleman fold over galley...

When you use the stove outside, do you just have a big hole where the stove was?  The manual mentioned something about an auxillary cutting board, but I am wondering if that was an accessory or something.

check all the storage areas, there should be a piece of counter that goes in that space when the stove is used outside. If not ,I'm sure you can order, but it would be a lot cheaper to make one using plywood and rounding the corners . That track is available from almost any RV parts catologue. I never use the stove inside, I like having the counterspace.

Check under the mattresses also. That is where I stored mine.
