What make/model/year PU are we talking about? New or new to U?

Unless the previous owner did some DIY plumbing, the "exit"/gray water connection should be another connection on either the side of the trailer where the sink is located or under the trailer about the same place. It can be a simple hose connection or a threaded plumbing connection like you'd like under a house sink. They make and adapter that screws on to convert the plumbing connection to a garden hose connection.
BUT, if nothing is coming out it's going somewhere and hopefully not filling something up insdie the camper.

Here's my guess. When they hooked up the sink drain hose and the fresh-water tank fill hose, they may have mixed up the hoses. I have a feeling that if you put water in the outside water fill port, water may come up the sink drain and fill the sink. ;)

If the water is not coming out anywhere, it stands to reason, that the water may be going back into the water tank through the misplaced water tank fill hose.. I believe that both hoses are the same size. Seems like an easy thing to mix up.

Sooooo?  Have you figured out where the water was going yet?  The suspense is killing me.

This is sure a strange one.:eyecrazy:  Follow the hose from the sink drain and see where it goes.  You might want to put some food coloring in the water in the sink so that IF it is going into your fresh water holding tank you will be able to trace the water easier.  Good luck and let us know where it is going.:)
