While at the RV show in Charlotte, I visited the R-J Ranch booth and signed up to receive their newsletter.  Got it the other day and they had an article on the Eastern Pop Up Rally in it.
 
 " R-J Ranch has just been awarded the 2003 East Coast Pop-Up Rally.  This is a major opportunity to highlight our campground to more east coast campers.  The week (June 22 - June 27) should be a busy one packed with traditional R-J Ranch entertainment: horseshoes, pool, fishing, bingo, ceramics, food, hayrides, swimming, slides, and much more. This event is sponsored by the Pop-Up Times magazine, check out their web site www.popuptimes.com."
 
 They are also building a new bathhouse that should be ready in May.  They are currently completing a walking path that extends around the lake.  Adding more camping cabins, and got six new paddle boats.
 
 There is also an article about the owners and up coming events.  If you would like for me to post them for you, I will.  I wrote an e-mail to them for permission to pass along their information and they said yes.
 
 Just thought everyone would like to know they are as excited as we are.  We hope to make it but have to wait a little longer to make sure.
