We bring our clean clothes in a laundry basket and transfer it to our pastic drawers.  Then put the empty laundry basket in the trunk, right inside the interior door.  Then we can just open the interior door and toss the dirty laundry in.

Like others have said, ours gets stowed under a dinette seat, and then tossed in a garbage bag for the ride home, and thrown in the back of the van.
