RE: Back and Not Banned!!

 okay I had wrote a whole trip report and then my cat stepped on one of the F keys and erased it!! [:@][:@][:@] And to think I worried about her while I was gone.
 
 Trying this again now.........
 
 Went down Saturday (temp mid 70 s)  piddled around then DD built a campfire for us to enjoy.
 
 Sunday (temp low 70 s) I worked on building a walkway from my cabin down to the other campsites. Decided to put patio stones down since I figured it would get muddy when it rained (boy was I glad of this later). A noncamping cousin of mine and 2 of her children and a DS s friend joined us for the night. Roasted weiners and marshmallows over the campfire []. Was cramped in the cabin, not something I want to do very often [: (].
 
 Monday (temp mid 70 s) we piddled around more, raking and burning leaves, shoveling up tree stobs, etc. We were joined by my aunt, cousin Michael, his fiancee Sarah, little brother Dylan, cousin Jennette and her 20 month old DD. Non camping cousin and her crew left later in the afternoon. Ate a wonderful dinner of meatloaf, chicken enchilada casserole, salad and strawberry shortcake. Sat around campfire with Michael playing guitar that evening.
 
 Tuesday (temp mid 50 s) it rained ALL DAY []. But we made the most of it and went shopping (I did mostly sightseeing at the stores [&:]). Got back to camp at late afternoon, spent the rest of the day on the screened in porch. Played chicken foot (domino s) until 2am.
 
 Wednesday (that would be today, temp low 60 s) got up early. Started packing things up and cleaning up. Aunt had me sprinkle grass seed over the lots. Guess she likes the neighbors below us to have nice grass because the seed always washes away when it rains [:@].
 
 Got home late this afternoon and even with all the rain I still think....

Thanks Shirley....just to think today was the first day that the ice finally melted (with the help of some rain) from around my dolly wheel, thus making it FINALLY possible to M-O-V-E the camper. [8D]
 Gee, with this much ambition, I may even take it into the dealer this weekend for a little pre-season work. Then, see if I can get it back in time before the next snowfall...[]

 and you had HOW many people in there?   well, could be worse...some people have large families all the time!  (Oh, dear, now I ll be flamed by the parents of five little monsters[8D]
 
 There s a time for everything and I am really enjoying the empty nest.
