RE: Lake Catherine SP in Arkansas

Has anyone ever gone to this SP?  I ve made reservations for it and would like to get some feedback for people that may have been there.

Never been to Lake Catherine though have camped just up the road at Lake Ouachita. Loved it. Love the area and you will love the lakes! From that area and went back one time with the pop up and absolutely loved it. Summer is the best and just camp and stay in the lake! Bill and Pam and Rob and Corey

wonderful!  We re going in May and the lady at Lake Catherine that I booked the reservations with said it s about 85 during the day and 65 at night during that time.  Sounds nice to me! (grin)

Patty and I go to Lake DeGray SP every year for a 3-4 day weekend (or longer) and that s not very far from Lake Catherine.  We ve driven through Lake Catherine but have never stayed there.  You ll like the campsites and it s a nice peaceful kind of place to stay.  If you get the chance take a day trip over to Hot Springs.  Great place to walk around during the day and the weather should be great that time of year.
