RE: Ford Windstar & Electric brake hook-up

 []Hi all,
 
 We are brand new to popups - just picking up our camper this Saturday, so my DH is trying to ready our van for it.  If anyone could give me ideas here that would be great!!!!
 
 We have a 1996 Ford Windstar that he has attached a Hidden Hitch Class III to and is currently trying to attach the electric brake controller - here s our problem [:@] the van appears wired for the electric brake under the dash but we cannot find the blue wire once it leaves this area.   We ve looked along the frame to find the wires to the back but couldn t find it.  Has anyone wired a Windstar for this and knows where we should look that we apparently aren t?
 
 Once he complete this the van should be ready (he has the lights wired already and a trans cooler set)  Are we forgetting anything?  If someone has pulled with a Windstar and has suggestions please let me know!!!  Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

The wires for our controller on our Astro were located in the compartment where the tools for changing a tire are located. On the Astro this compartment in located inside the rear quarter panel on the passengers side. Good Luck...
