 Every Camping weekend it has rained. I don t mean one day or two days but three days. We are leaving out again tomorrow with this forecast. [: (]

 This did happen to us last year except for one stay at Elk Neck state park, when it was 101 degrees. What do you all think?

 Aren t you glad your hobby isn t backpacking?  With a pop-up, at least you have a relatively dry place to be in the rain.
 
 We went for 56 days of continuous camping with only two rainy days.  Your turn will come.

It has been happening here on the central Calfornia coast too.Most of the time we just go,and enjoy it anyway-but it sure would be nice to have a sunny weekend for a change.

 Last 2 camping trips, it rained, and we ve got our big SoCal rally this weekend and there is a 50% chance of significant rain from a slow-moving storm this Friday and Saturday!  [: (]  We talked friends into coming to the rally--they even rented a popup to see if they might like it and want to buy one, and now they re getting wishy washy on me about whether they ll come or not.  As I told them, that s the beauty of having a pop-up camper!!  All the ambiance of a tent with the shelter of an RV!  
 
 Don t let it get you down--after all, you ll still be camping![]

Well, today is lets go campen day. It was raining this morning and we are due to get another. One nice thing about this is in January we could only think about it. Now we can make it happen if we want. My bones are killing me this morning so that means a long wet weekend. The grand kids are coming to see us on saturday so we must go. As you can see I keep telling myself I have to gooooo!
