SactoCampersBefore we had the PU I would put foil under a pan and use the top of a grill to cook on as well as to grill food.  I suppose I would not have had to use the foil but it cuts down on the dishwashing.

SactoCampersI have one that I used when we were tent camping. Don t take it with the P/U since it has an inside and an outside stove. I really liked it. The grill side was great for toasting bread also. The aluminum foil is a good idea--especially if you re grilling steaks or burgers or anything else that will drip a lot of grease.

SactoCampersHey labontefan - I never thought to use it to make toast!!  What a cool idea!  Thanks....  [:)]

SactoCampersWe just purchased a Coleman Taos (and we have the grill/stove).  Can these Coleman stoves be connected to the outside  quick disconnect on the Coleman PUs?

mike4947

SactoCampersSince the Taos has an in/out stove the propane fitting is low pressure and won t provide enough pressure to run the Coleman grill/stove.

George

SactoCampersDoes anyone make a grill that uses the outside low pressure connection on a Taos?

georgerChexk with your trailer dealer. Some of the new Hybrids and I think maybe some popups come with a bar-b-que grill that hangs on the side of the camper like the out door stove.

I use a $9.99 table top gas grill. Watch Rite Aid adds, they come up half price several times during the year.

What part of NJ are you in?? We are last exit in DE on 295 about a half mile from the Delaware Memorial bridge.

georgerIt ll be tough as most grills aren t designed to run indoors and it inside inhabited closed spaces that the low pressure is required. You might want to contact RVQ as they might have a model they supply to PU manufacurers for an option to trailers using an in/out stove.
