 We have been waiting a long time..........
  and it doesn t look like the former/current  " Board Mom"  likes us anymore.
 
 So it looks like it s time to start the nominations.........
 I think I have a good replacement, of course I know it will be big shoes to fill.
 
 So I would like to nominate Kelly to the new position of.... " No Nighty Owl"

 JeffreyI nominate wiininkwe!!  Since she and Nightowl are such good friends, if Nightowl decided to return from her posting vacation, then they d have no problem being co-Mom s!  [;)]

 I m awfully flattered, but I don t think I m qualified for the job.  Now if you re looking for someone to be the Bored Mom, you could ... oh, never mind.  I m not qualified for that either!

 JeffreyKelly from the North:   I think you d make a fine den mother to this group.  Just how many of us will you be meeting during your summer long " walk about"  across the US?  Let me know your favorite adult bev and I ll make sure we have something on ice for ya in August.

 JeffreyThanks, Andi, for the nomination,[8D] but I am way too opinionated, and have too big a mouth,  to make a good Mom for this bunch.  Every one would be mad at me all the time.[:(]  (actually, it seems like they are most of the time anyway)  LOL  [:D]   But really, there was a lot of criticism from folks who thought there was some kind of Clicque mentality on the board, don t think we wanna get back into that stuff.  That was why we lost NightOwl in the first place   So I ll be content to just be the resident  social and political correctness officer  and give you all a nudge when it looks like someone is being disrepectful.  (does that make me the Auntie?)   And besides, wouldn t it seem like anyone who gets this " mom"  position would be more like the " stepmom" ?
 BTW, I still talk to Elisa on a regular basis, and she and Billy have had almost every cold and flu that s come down the line this spring, and I think she has been overwhelmed with all the illness.   She asks about the board, but I don t think she s even lurking.  In fact, I don t think she is using her  puter much at all.  I miss her here on the board, too, but there isn t anything I can do to change her feelings, or what s happening in her life right now.  But, Jeffrey, she does still like us, just isn t up to hanging out with us anymore, at least right now.
