 Acts 2:38 girlCongratulations and all good things come to those who wait.  Sometimes you just have to wait a little longer for the right person to buy you home.  There must have been a reason.  Now you can plan to move on to another house.  Take care and I hope you get to feeling better soon.  Please don t let yourself get down too low, though.  Just be happy right now.  Get a little extra rest (I know, I know...hard to do with little ones and household chores) and the extra rest will help you to feel better and less stressed.  Make time for yourself and ask Lee to take over an activity for a little while.[:)][:)][:)]

 First of all, I hope the deal goes thru and you sell the house. That would be so fantastic ! You both have been very patient and certainly deserve to sell it and move on to your new house.

 Hmmm, are you serious about this ? Is this it ? Are you guys done for the year ? I stopped bugging you people about it, not to be a nuisance as Lee wanted to camp more. If you are serious, we will have work it out into our extremely busy schedule [8D]. It might have to be the weekend before the 8 th, or after 8 th. Would that be acceptable ? The whole family want to come with me [&:][;)].

 LOOK OUT EVERYONE -- looks like birol will be hitting the road with a PU - something he s never towed before.
 
 Glad I m in Ohio and not in the NE.

 Also, don t forget that your camping season is over isn t it?
 
 Also, don t forget that Lee took off the tires for the winter and kept them warm by the fireplace.  Take care of the PU like it is used to[;)]

 angelsmom10I am hoping that he will winterize it before I get it. I will never be able to winterize it before it gets hit with cold here. It is almost below zero at nights now [&:]

Ummm, I hope this year he won t ! Well, we will just have to put them back on I guess as the roof rack of my TV can t really carry it [:D]

 Acts 2:38 girlNo, every house thing is still on, I just sort of messed things up.  When our purchasers came to initally look at the house I had a listing sheet made up with a description, square feet, lot size, etc.  Well, I always thought we had an acre of land - that s what I remembered when I bought the house.  It turns out we have 2/3 of an acre, but they didn t know this when they signed the Purchase and Sale agreement Monday.  They caught it later that morning.  So now they have to sign a form that basiclly says, "  we were told it had an acre, it doesn t, but we re OK with it"   Hopefully they will just sign it without asking for a lower price.  We cannot go any lower and still pay all our closing fees, have our deposit for the next house, etc.  Our lawyer said it could get sticking in a monitary way.  Lets hope not [&:]  
 If all works well, we sign for our house on the 9th or 10th.  
 Birol, let me discuss it with Lee later this week and I ll let you know.  It s been crazy with all the lagal junk, and DS #3  4th birthday party today too!  [:D]  Who ever said life is boring needs to sell thier house!  [:D][:D]
