When you have a good fire going, throw one of these in between the logs, in a nice hot part. As the garden hose melts, it reacts with the copper and gives off some really pretty colors.

Along with some toxic smoke and probably some nasty smells. Yikes! [: (]

 We refer to the copper tubes as " Rikk s Trickky Stixx"  in honor of my dear husband who cuts and drills before each camping trip.   They are amazing and make for a fantastic fire!

I have heard that the cheap garden hoses work best!
 
 I got a pretty good picture of a fire with one of the garden hose pipe thingies in it.
